NPC 掌管著 Ninja Time 的經濟循環 — 他們賣武器、發任務、訓練屬性、解鎖最難的副本內容。知道他們住哪能幫新手和老玩家節省大量時間。

NPC 概覽
本陣是前期商店與日常任務發布員的中心樞紐。村外的 Ana、Shika、Nika 等教練提供屬性加成。終局 NPC（Renegade、仙人指導、暗黒司首領）藏在高難區域深處，需高等級解鎖。

Mountain

商店
Blacksmith 賣武器，Chiraku 賣外觀，Kogei 賣消耗品。Kaba 是石影辦公室旁的專用坐騎商店，砂隱村長老負責砂系材料交易。
教練與任務
Aruka、High Muty、Stone Leo 在忍術學院外提供戰鬥任務。Ana 與 Instructor 在塔上發放 EXP 提升任務。Yamako 在村口把關早期支線劇情。
