Ninja Time Guilds Guide

Guilds go live on 25 August 2026 with the ThanksFor5KCCU! code drop. Each guild is a persistent roster with ranks, a shared bank, dedicated guild bosses and weekly stipends at the highest tier — a real step up from the public servers and private rooms that came before.

This page walks the full flow: how to create or join a guild, the perks at every rank, the admin commands every officer should know and the guild bosses you can queue with /guildboss.

What are guilds

Guilds are persistent social groups, not server rentals. Every guild keeps its roster, bank, level and tag colour even when no one is online, and ranks unlock as the guild grows.

Three ranks ship at launch. Initiate caps the guild at 10 members and is free. Storm unlocks the guild bank for up to 25 members. Legendary opens /guildboss queuing, a weekly spin stipend and the global leaderboard — capped at 50 members.

How to create a guild

Founding a guild is a one-line chat command. The leader is automatically promoted to officer permissions so they can promote, kick and queue bosses from minute one.

  • Open chat (Enter on PC) and type /guild create [name] — example: /guild create Storm Wolves.
  • Confirm the cost — guild founding spends 250 Copper plus ten Clan spins.
  • Invite players with /guild invite [name]; pending invites expire after five minutes.
  • Officers promote and kick members through /guild promote [name] and /guild kick [name].

Guilds are faction-neutral — Clan, Element and Family rolls stay independent.

Guild ranks

Climb through the ranks by donating boss drops and Chi Essence to the guild bank. Each upgrade unlocks the perks in the table below.

Name Members Cost Effect
Initiate Up to 10 Free Guild chat and shared roster, Basic guild tag above the character name, Access to guild daily missions
Storm Up to 25 500 Guild Tokens Shared guild bank (Boss drops, Chi Essence), Bonus XP for guild missions, Custom guild tag colour
Legendary Up to 50 1,500 Guild Tokens Guild boss summoning with /guildboss, Per-member weekly spin stipend, Guild rankings on the leaderboard

Guild commands

All guild commands are typed in chat (Enter) by a member with the right rank. Initiates can chat and leave; Storm and above unlock bank, donate and invite; only Legendary officers can queue /guildboss.

Command Effect
/guild create [name] Found a new guild (Initiate rank)
/guild invite [player] Invite a player to your guild
/guild join [name] Accept an invitation
/guild leave Resign from your current guild
/guild promote [player] Promote a member to officer
/guild kick [player] Remove a member (officer+ only)
/guild chat [msg] Send a message to guild chat
/guildboss [boss] Officer+: queue a guild boss spawn
/guild donate [amount] Deposit tokens or items into the guild bank

Guild bank

The guild bank is unlocked the moment your guild hits Storm. It pools Chi Essence, boss drops and gear that members donate with /guild donate.

Officers decide how the bank pays out — most guilds split Chi Essence evenly after a successful raid and hand rare drops to whoever lands the killing blow.

Guild bosses

Legendary guilds can queue dedicated guild bosses with /guildboss [boss]. Spawns ignore the public raid schedule and respect the host's private server settings, so guild bosses scale with the roster instead of the world timer.

Benefits at a glance

Why join or found a guild instead of farming solo or renting a private server?

  • Roll boss drops into a shared guild bank instead of fighting over loot.
  • Queue dedicated guild bosses (/guildboss) on a schedule that suits your roster.
  • Earn a weekly spin stipend at the Legendary rank — a passive spins source.
  • Run tryouts, scrims and clan wars with guild chat and the member roster.
  • Stack guild XP bonuses on top of clan jutsu for faster mid-game progression.
  • Showcase a custom-coloured guild tag next to your character name.

The questions officers and members ask most in the first week of the feature.

Do I need a code to unlock guilds?
No. Organizations! and DroprateTweaks! were shipped alongside the live Guilds patch on 23 August 2026, but the feature is available to every account regardless of code redemption. The codes simply give bonus spins to spend on rerolls while you build the guild.
How many guilds can I join?
One at a time. You can /guild leave and re-join another guild at any time, but there is a 24-hour cooldown before you can join a guild after leaving.
What is the maximum guild size?
Initiate guilds cap at 10 members. Upgrading to Storm (25) or Legendary (50) requires the matching amount of Guild Tokens, which are earned from guild daily missions and from donating boss drops to the guild bank.
Can guild members redeem private server codes together?
Yes. If the host enables Code Redemption, every guild member in the private server can redeem private-server-only codes (PrivateTotsuka!, PrivateYata!, etc.) as usual. The guild bank does not intercept personal rewards.
What is the difference between a guild and a private server?
A guild is a persistent social group with ranks, missions and a shared bank. A private server is a hosted Roblox instance with admin commands. They work together: guild leaders often host private servers and run guild content through /guildboss there.
