Ninja Time Mounts Guide
Mounts dramatically cut travel time across the Ninja Time map. You unlock the mount system at level 22 by completing the A Good Company quest chain, which requires running 500,000 meters total before you can purchase mounts from Kaba.

How to unlock mounts
Mounts become available once you reach level 22 and finish the A Good Company quest. The quest tracks distance travelled — you need to run 500,000 meters before Kaba will sell you a mount. Quest progress counts walking, running and sprinting across the map.
- Reach level 22 through quests and boss farming.
- Accept and complete the A Good Company quest chain.
- Run until you hit 500,000 meters on the quest tracker.
- Save Copper and Gold — the Dog costs 1 Copper and the Bird costs 1 Gold.
Kaba location
After completing A Good Company, visit Kaba near the leader's building in the Main Village. Kaba sells the standard Dog and Bird mounts. Look for the mount NPC icon on your map or ask in server chat if you are having trouble finding the spot.
Mount list & prices
Two mounts are available from Kaba once the quest is complete. The Dog is a cheap ground mount ideal for early travel, while the Bird lets you fly over terrain and reach distant bosses quickly.

Purple Eyes invocations
Purple Eyes clan players can unlock Bird Invocation and Chameleon Invocation from the clan skill tree instead of buying from Kaba. These function as mount summons once your clan mastery is high enough — no quest purchase required, though you still need the clan itself.
Invocation mounts use the same X key to summon and dismiss as shop-bought mounts.
Mount tips
Press X to summon your active mount and X again to dismiss it. You cannot fight while mounted, so dismount before engaging bosses.
- Buy the Bird first if you can afford 1 Gold — flying saves more time than ground speed.
- Dismount at raid spawn points and re-mount after the fight.
- Purple Eyes players should invest in Bird Invocation for a free flying option.
- Bank currency early so you can buy a mount immediately at level 22.
